Did you know you can operate in any one of the nine spiritual gifts any time the Holy Spirit wills? I believe He wills to express His gifts through us more than we realize.

1 Corinthians 12:11 (NLT) puts it this way, “It is the one and only Spirit who distributes all these gifts. He alone decides which gift each person should have.” And The Passion Translation says, “Remember, it is the same Holy Spirit who distributes, activates, and operates these different gifts as he chooses for each believer.”

Again, I believe He wills to express His gifts through us more than we realize. While you can’t decide to operate in gifts, but you can choose to obey 1 Corinthians 14:1 9 (AMPC), “Pursue [this] love [with eagerness, make it your goal], yet earnestly desire and cultivate the spiritual gifts [to be used by believers for the benefit of the church], but especially that you may prophesy…”
